How to Register Establishment in ICP smartservices E-channel
The Establishments Services
The ICA smart services system offers a complete list of services related to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship for companies. To register and start using the system, the company must have a valid trade license.
Some of the important services for the establishments are listed below.
- NEW ENTRY PERMITS
- CHANGE STATUS
- ISSUE/RENEW RESIDENCIES
- PAY FINES
- ISSUE/RENEW EMIRATES ID
- CANCEL EMPLOYEES VISA
- RENEW ESTABLISHMENT CARD
Apply and obtain an Establishment card
First of all, you will need to apply for Establishment Card which you can apply from any typing center. The cost of the establishment card is mentioned below. (Typing center charges extra).
- Dh 357.00 : 1 Year.
- Dh 458.00 : 2 Years.
- Dh 559.00 : 3 Years.
Registration
Now come to the main subject of how to register your establishment’ in the ICP smart services after obtaining your establishment card (Immigration card).
Simply visit the ICP Smart-services website and Select the ‘Establishments Services’ option from the home page, Then click on ‘ Establishments Registration’ and enter your email address which will be used later to log in to the system.
Now fill out all the details i.e. First name/ Family name/ Date of birth/ Gender/email & Password, and click on I’m not a robot and continue to the next step.
Complete the Payment
After verifying all the details proceed to complete the payment the fee for the service is Dh 3,220.01 including Dh 1,000.00 as a security deposit which will be refunded after the cancellation of your company.
Note: Typing centers charges is extra.
